To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself tah is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately by email.

You are kindly informed that according to the Private Policy your personal data will be part of a file for which IPAR HEGO is responsible and that will be used for the purposes indicated in the aforementioned Private Policy. You have the right of access, rectification and cancellation.


Prices shown on this website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Order Acceptance and Contract

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. It’s worth remembering that any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

We welcome orders from most overseas. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.

We accept orders at any time of the day, every day of the week.

IPAR HEGO will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards or Paypal.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specially authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to IPAR HEGO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transaction, IPAR HEGO uses a secured payment system. This means that all confidential data (e.g credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.


Please take care when entering your details as we cannot accept liability for non-delivery of items as a result of incorrect information entered by yourself. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company’s depot.

Deliveries may also be made to any of the stores which have a contract with IPAR HEGO. Please click here to find the addresses of our stores in France & Spain.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed.

If your goods have not reached you within 14 working days from the date they left us you will need to call us on (0034) 944074352 to report your order as missing. We allow a maximum of 21 days for you to let us know your goods haven’t arrived, if you haven’t contacted us by this time we will accept this as your acknowledgement for receipt of the goods.

Delivery charges are:

  • – 48H delivery (48H, subject to stock availability) SPAIN only : 6€
  • – Standard delivery (3-6 working days, subject to stock availability) EUROPE : 9€
  • – FREE RATE DELIVERY EUROPE for orders over €50.00 value of goods
  • – FLAT RATE OVERSEAS standard parcels: €15.00
  • – FREE RATE OVERSEAS for orders over €150.00 value of goods

Ipar Hego cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Simply return the goods to us at this address :

Returns & exchanges

If you are not satisfied simply return the unwanted item within 15 days of the invoice date, unused and in it’s original condition. The postage fee is at the customers discrepancy. Once the item has been received and inspected we will refund the full amount to you.

The product must not have been used.

Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the item – this ensures that we can improve our service and products in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Sorry we currently do not provide a free returns service for our customers.

If you would rather have replacement of the item, please mention this on the return form. We will proceed this as a new order, please note the delivery charges will apply in the usual way (except where we are replacing damaged or defective goods).

We endeavour to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 14 working days.

If your order has been sent you will have to wait until  the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. Please read “Returns and exchanges” conditions before applying.
